In this highly practical workshop you will learn how to:
- set your priorities by determining the key practices of being a team leader
- manage your time and your team
- distinguish your preferred leadership style
- create empowerment with your team through your leadership style
- utilise team building tools for positive, proactive, productive behaviour
- increase the value of the performance management process
- turn a team meeting into a motivational process
- demonstrate communication skills for resolving issues quickly and effectively
- review your most appropriate monitoring and measuring options
- develop strategies for monitoring individual and team performance
- utilise essential coaching skills to conduct a coaching session
- coach for continuous improvement
- manage "no buy in" or behaviour modification by team members
- develop a fun calendar to reward and recognise your team.
